I will only send the full sized, unwatermarked image once full payment has been received.

Large edits should be asked for during the beginning of the commission, preferably during the rough sketch/color phase.

I will likely be streaming commissions, so if you want to know when I'll be working on your piece, let me know! Likewise, if you wish it not to be live streamed, make sure to let me know in advance.

Watching the livestreams is the best way to have direct access to the process, as well as the easiest way to point out if anything needs changed early on.

By sending me commission information and/or agreement on a price, you agree to follow through with the commission and pay when due. If you want the commission to be canceled for any reason, please send me an email or DM via discord requesting to cancel. If no payment has been made yet, this is very easy to do, and makes it easier for both of us. I will remove you and all info from my queue. If any kind of payment has been made, refer to "Refund Policy" below.

Do NOT for any reason, charge back on paypal. If you have any concerns, please let me know ASAP before taking any action, so we can either reach an agreement, or work out a refund otherwise.

If you are commissioning a gift for someone, and do not want it uploaded online before a certain date, tell me ahead of time.

Payment plans might be available if you need help splitting up the payment, but please make sure to keep in contact, and make timely payments. Too long in between payments and I may cancel the commission, especially if it appears there is no interest to continue payment. This is to open up any slots for new clients that may be ready to order immediately.

Clients who repeatedly request commissions and do not pay, or always cancel/ask for refunds last second and waste my time may be blacklisted and ineligible to commission me in the future, unless I otherwise decide to remove them from the blacklist.

Likewise, clients who exploit Paypal in any way (such as to get a refund when they are not applicable for one) will also be blacklisted and unable to commission in the future.

Please be certain you'd like to commission before ordering/paying.

If for some reason I am forced to cancel your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, and you have already paid/I have not started the commission, you will receive a full refund.

Full refunds are no longer accepted after I have begun the commission.

Partial refunds are acceptable, and may be negotiated in the following situations:

-If you are still not satisfied with the direction the commission is going, and you do not wish to continue the commission.

-If partial payment been made, and in an unforeseen circumstance, you are unable to pay the remaining portion, and are forced to cancel the commission.

-If for some reason, I am unable to finish the commission in a reasonable amount of time, and need to majorly delay working, or cancel the piece.

Partial refunds are no longer accepted and are denied in the following situations:

-A change of mind late into the commission.

-Falsifying dissatisfaction in order to attempt to get cheaper art. Please let me know early in the commission if you are not satisfied in any way.

I am entitled to cancel a commission and refund (if paid for) if the commissioner is being extremely rude or otherwise unpleasant in an unbearable manner.

The art process naturally takes time in order to create quality works, and that time is subject to change depending on various circumstances.

I try my best to complete commissioned artwork in a timely manner. However, between health issues, life/self-care, etc, there is always a possibility of a delay in the art process. I will keep commissioners updated if their commission may take longer than expected.

Commissions will typically be completed in the order they have been paid for in the queue, but this is not always guaranteed. (Example, sometimes smaller commissions may be completed before larger ones due to the nature of the artwork's complexity.

Please give up to a month for commission completion. For simple commissions, they may even be completed within a day on twitch stream when I do get to your commission. For more complicated commissions, it is usually completed within a month or two at the latest, depending on scale and complexity. If I feel it might take longer, I will let you know ahead of time.

If for any reason I am not able to keep in contact with you, and do not reply (to something that should be replied to) for a week or more, it is most likely due to me not having access to the internet, and I will get back to you as soon as I possibly can. I will try to keep in contact with you in any way I can, via text if applicable, phone internet data, wifi hotspots, library, etc.

In the event that I absolutely cannot get online, such as a natural disaster, I ask for your understanding and patience. I will never ignore a commissioner intentionally, so rest assured that I will resume working on your commission as soon as I am physically able to.

I will NEVER at any time, share or sell your personal information, such as your full name, address, paypal, etc to another user on any other site on the internet (unless you specifically request it). Information is otherwise treated with strict confidentiality.

If you wish to remain anonymous as the commissioner, let me know as well, and I will be sure not to add any identifiable information on the piece when uploading to an online gallery.

If you wish for the piece to NOT be uploaded for some reason, please let me know as well.

I retain all rights to the image I have made, and have the right to use it as an example of my works, sell prints of the image if I choose, or other uses.

The print I sell will have a reduced watermark on it. Note: I will not be selling your character, it is merely the image itself. If you wish me not to sell prints/other merchandise with your commission, I will respect those wishes however.

I retain the right to deny a commission for any reason.

I have the right to take artistic liberty as I see fit. This typically does not change character design unless requested by the commissioner.

I will post any necessary images during the art process to dropbox or discord DM

No one else, but you and I will have access to the unwatermarked version.

You are generally free to do whatever you wish with the picture WITH THE EXCEPTION OF: re-selling/making any kind of profit from it (including inputting the image into any AI service, blockchain-related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, commercial, etc), and/or claiming the artwork as your own creation. If unsure what you're allowed to do, please ask me first!

My artwork may NOT be used to train any AI

If you re-post it to an online gallery, or another website, please give proper [full] credit and if possible, link back to either the image in my gallery if it is posted, or my website/twitter/etc

I can provide a separate file that is minimized and watermarked and is more suitable for submission. This is typically what I use when uploading the file to any online site or gallery.
